Sellers usually gave lower price during off peak season because the demand is lower. Most people do not like to shop for leftovers, but this is the best time to find things marked down. You just have to be patient in choosing the right item and be keen to details. Bargain shopping can be stressful in this economy. The advantages would be the price are cheaper and will save more income to the family, however, we must accept that quality is not as good as those coming from the malls. In addition if you were a student, you can fish out several good finds that will not break your weekly budget allocation. Disadvantage is that some bargain shops require you to buy more items before you can get a discount. If you need only a piece of every item, the given price will be fixed and you cannot haggle anymore. Bargain shopping sometimes don’t offer the things that you really need and produce wouldn't always be satisfactory to most consumers.
